SHIPPING INFORMATION

All orders are discreetly shipped in plain silver poly mailers or unmarked boxes. There are no logos, watermarks, or external indicators revealing the contents or the type of products inside.

USA SHIPPING

Orders placed before 2 PM Arizona time on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) will be processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2 PM Arizona time will ship the next business day. Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

We reserve the right to substitute the shipping method paid for as long as the order is delivered the same day or sooner.

Free Standard Shipping (an $8.95 value):

  • Delivered approximately within 10 business days

  • Longer transit times may apply for Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico

  • Requires a minimum purchase of $60

International Shipping Options

We ship worldwide to most countries.

  • DHL eCommerce Parcel Direct – Approximately 14 business days, depending on destination and customs

  • FedEx International (Expedited) – Approximately up to 10 business days

(International express services are not guaranteed. Delivery times may be affected by customs processing, inspections, local carrier delays, or force majeure events.)

Customs duties, VAT, import taxes, and any additional fees are not included in the order total and are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Packages delayed by customs

  • Packages returned due to unpaid duties

  • Refused deliveries

Tracking is provided; however, visibility may vary by destination and local carrier.

 

ADDRESS ACCURACY, DELIVERY & RISK OF LOSS

Customers are solely responsible for providing a complete, accurate, and deliverable shipping address at checkout.

All orders are subject to USPS address verification.

  • Orders will not be shipped if the address cannot be verified

  • Orders missing an apartment, unit, or suite number will be placed on hold

  • We reserve the right to hold or cancel any order with an incorrect or incomplete address

If an order is placed on hold due to address issues:

  • We are not responsible for shipping delays, including delays impacting expedited or guaranteed shipping

  • Shipping timelines begin only after the order is released for fulfillment

If address confirmation is required and the customer does not respond within 72 hours, the order will be canceled, and a new order must be placed.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the package is shipped and subsequently delivered to that address, we are not responsible for the loss and will not issue a replacement or refund.

Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, it is considered successfully fulfilled.

We are not responsible for:

  • Theft

  • Missed delivery

  • Missing packages

  • Carrier errors

  • Delivery discrepancies of any kind

The customer is required to contact the appropriate shipping carrier directly to file any claims or investigations.

(Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the package is tendered to the carrier.)

 

SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS & SIGNATURE REQUIREMENTS

We are unable to add delivery instructions to orders (including requests such as “leave at door,” “call upon arrival,” or placement instructions).

Signature confirmation may be purchased where available; however:

  • Signature confirmation does not allow custom delivery instructions

  • All delivery execution is controlled solely by the carrier


ORDER CHANGES & SHIPPING UPGRADES

Orders requesting shipping method changes or upgrades are placed on hold and processed the next business day after confirmation.

Same-day shipping is not available for orders requiring changes.

FORCE MAJEURE & DELIVERY GUARANTEES

We are not liable for delays, failures, or interruptions in shipping caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Severe weather or natural disasters

  • Acts of God

  • Carrier operational disruptions

  • Labor shortages or strikes

  • Customs delays

  • Government actions

  • National or regional emergencies

(Any delivery “guarantee” is offered solely by the shipping carrier and is subject to the carrier’s own terms, conditions, and exclusions.)

By completing checkout, the customer expressly agrees to all terms above and acknowledges responsibility for delivery.

SEASONAL EXPRESS DELIVERY TERMS

Guaranteed Delivery by Valentine’s Day is available only on select guaranteed shipping services and to eligible physical street addresses.

This guarantee does NOT apply to the following:

  • USPS Priority Mail

  • USPS Ground Advantage

  • Free Standard Shipping

  • UPS Ground® or UPS Ground Saver®

  • PO Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses

  • International orders

USPS Priority Mail is an estimated service only and is not a guaranteed delivery method. Orders shipped to PO Boxes are fulfilled via USPS and are therefore not eligible for any delivery guarantee, including Valentine’s Day delivery.

 

WAREHOUSE PICKUP (PHOENIX,AZ)

Local customers in the Phoenix, Arizona area are welcome to pick up their orders directly from our warehouse.

To arrange a pickup:

  • Please call ahead to schedule

  • Orders placed by 2 PM may be available for pickup the same day by 4 PM

  • Pickup address will be provided during confirmation
