Hassle Free Return / Exchange Policy
December 16 to August 31 - You may return all unworn / unused merchandise with all tags attached within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Halloween - September 1 to November 10 - You may return all unworn / unused merchandise with all tags attached within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Christmas - November 11 to December 15 - You may return all unworn / unused merchandise with all tags attached by January 15 for a full refund or exchange.
Sale items - No refunds or exchanges on sale items. Sale items are non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable. To be notified of next sale, join our e-mail list at the bottom of the page.
Stockings and panties are not refundable if opened or worn.
Shipping charges that you pay extra for (Next Day Air, International Shipping, etc.) are not refundable.
Return / Exchange shipping cost is customer's responsibility.
REFUSED MERCHANDISE DISCLAIMER:
All merchandised must be received unworn, unwashed, and in new condition. All merchandise must be in it's original condition, TAGS ATTACHED. Merchadise with dust, pet hair, odor, deodorant, Body Makeup or similiar product stains will be REFUSED. REFUSED merchandise will be shipped back to the customer and is subject to return shipping costs that vary by shipping methods used.
Easy Return / Exchange Instructions
Need your Exchanged items as soon as possible? The fastest way is to reorder what you want online and return your unworn / unused items for a refund.
Carefully package the unworn / unused items to be returned and enclose instructions (including a copy of your packing slip or invoice) indicating if you want a refund or an exchange.
If you want to exchange, be sure to indicate which item(s) you would like.
If there is a difference in price between the items you are exchanging, your credit card will be either credited or charged for the difference.
Exchanges and Returns take about 10 days to process. Allow an additional 5 days to receive your exchange and for return credits to show up on your credit card statement.

Consider purchasing insurance and requesting a tracking number since 3WISHES.COM cannot be responsible for lost or damaged returns. Also, this way you will know when your items have been delivered.
We'll either exchange, issue a credit to your credit card or send you a refund check, depending on how you originally paid for your purchase within 15 days of receiving unworn / unused merchandise.
