• International customers are responsible for their own return shipping costs.

Returns must be in our warehouse's possession within one of the following windows:

• Unlimited Free Returns Program — 30 days from the delivery date, no restocking fee, and one prepaid return label per order (valid for returning multiple items in a single return request).
• Standard Return — 14 days from the delivery date, subject to a 10% restocking fee.
• All returns are handled on a case-by-case basis and ultimately at 3Wishes' discretion — including determining whether an item qualifies as unworn and unwashed — with the goal of providing the best possible experience for our customers. Potential fraud or abuse of this policy, including excessive or unreasonable returns, may result in the rejection of future transactions or returns.
