Return Eligibility
Items must be new, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, free of stains or signs of wear, and returned in their original, proper packaging to qualify for a return.
- Complimentary items included with a purchase must be returned along with the rest of the order, or their value will be deducted from the refund.
- Non-returnable and Final Sale items include, but are not limited to, costumes, panties/bottoms, wigs, hats, makeup, pasties, eyelashes, rose petals, and any item that has been worn or damaged.
- International customers are responsible for their own return shipping costs.
- A $4 repackaging fee applies if a shipping label has been adhered directly to the returned item.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring the correct item(s) are returned; 3Wishes is not responsible for items returned in error.
- Final Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Returns must be in our warehouse's possession within one of the following windows:
- Unlimited Free Returns Program — 30 days from the delivery date, no restocking fee, and one prepaid return label per order (valid for returning multiple items in a single return request).
- Standard Return — 14 days from the delivery date, subject to a 10% restocking fee.
- All returns are handled on a case-by-case basis and ultimately at 3Wishes' discretion — including determining whether an item qualifies as unworn and unwashed — with the goal of providing the best possible experience for our customers. Potential fraud or abuse of this policy, including excessive or unreasonable returns, may result in the rejection of future transactions or returns. Filing a payment dispute does not override this policy;
- 3Wishes reserves the right to contest disputes using order records, tracking data, and customer communications.
