Return & Exchange Policy


At 3Wishes, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. While we stand by the quality of our items, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may be eligible for a return or exchange based on the guidelines below.

Halloween-Specific Returns

For orders placed between October 1–November 1:

  • Store Credit Only will be issued for Halloween items postmarked after October 18th, 2025

General Return Guidelines

To ensure an expedited return process, please review the following conditions:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free of stains, makeup, deodorant, fragrance, or any signs of wear.

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging.

  • Returns must be received at our warehouse within:

    • 30 days of the original delivery date

    • 90 days when purchased with Unlimited Free Returns

  • All returns undergo a thorough inspection.

If an item does not meet the return conditions, the return will be denied. The item may be sent back to you upon request for an $8.95 return shipping fee.

If your order included a complimentary item and you are returning your full order, the gift item must also be returned.

Orders with Unlimited Free Returns

  • Returns accepted within 90 days of delivery.

  • One exchange per order is allowed. If the replacement does not fit, it must be returned within the original return window.

  • Halloween items still follow the Halloween-specific return policy.

  • Free return label provided.

Orders Without Unlimited Free Returns

  • Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.

  • One return per order allowed.

  • One exchange per order is allowed. If the replacement does not fit, it must be returned within the original return window.

  • Free return label provided.

International Orders

  • International customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • All standard return conditions apply

Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items

Please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the issue. This allows us to resolve the problem quickly. Issues reported after 3 days will be considered accepted and resolved.
