Return & Exchange Policy
At 3Wishes, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. While we stand by the quality of our items, we understand that returns may occasionally be necessary. Please review the policy below carefully, as all returns must meet these requirements to be accepted.
Initiating a return confirms your agreement to the terms outlined below.
General Return Conditions (ALL RETURNS)
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free of stains, makeup, deodorant, fragrance, or any signs of wear

Items must be returned in their original packaging

Corsets must be packed in a polybag or appropriately sized box so boning is not bent or damaged

All returns are subject to a thorough inspection upon arrival
If an item does not meet these conditions, the return will be denied.
Denied items may be shipped back to you upon request for a $5.95 return shipping fee.
Return Timeframes
Returns must be received at our warehouse within:

30 days of the original delivery date

90 days if Unlimited Free Returns was purchased
Returns received outside of these windows will be denied.
Free Return Labels & Incorrect Items Returned

Only one return label is issued per order

Customers are responsible for ensuring the correct item(s) are included in their return
If an incorrect item is returned:

The item cannot be exchanged
-
The item will not be returned automatically

If the item is unworn and passes inspection, it may be shipped back to you upon request for an $8.95 shipping fee

If the item shows any signs of wear, it cannot be returned or reshipped
3Wishes is not responsible for items returned in error. Please review your return carefully before shipping.
Refunds & Payment Method Policy

Refunds are issued only to the original form of payment

We cannot switch payment methods, issue refunds to a different card, or convert refunds to alternate payment types

Store credit is issued only when explicitly stated in the policy
Orders With Unlimited Free Returns

Returns accepted within 90 days

One exchange per order

Free return label provided

Halloween items are excluded from Unlimited Free Returns
Orders Without Unlimited Free Returns

Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery

One exchange per order (return shipping required for exchanges)

A $5.95 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund when using our return label
International Orders

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs

All standard return conditions apply
Complimentary / Free Items
If your order included a complimentary item and you are returning the full order, the complimentary item must also be returned.
Failure to return the complimentary item will result in a deduction from your refund.
Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items

Must be reported within 3 days of delivery

Photos are required

Issues reported after 3 days will be considered accepted and resolved
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

Makeup

Pasties
-
Eyelashes
Halloween-Specific Return Policy
For orders placed between October 1 – November 1:

Halloween items returned after October 16, 2026 are eligible for store credit only

Halloween items are not eligible for Unlimited Free Returns

No exceptions apply during this period
Chargebacks & Disputes
If a chargeback or payment dispute is filed:

We will use all order records, tracking data, and customer communication to contest the dispute

Filing a dispute does not override this return policy

Fraudulent or improper disputes may result in account restrictions and formal documentation submitted to the payment processor
