Return and Exchange Policy

3Wishes Return Policies

At 3Wishes, we strive to make your shopping experience as seamless and easy as possible. While we pride ourselves on our quality and the control checks we have in place, we do understand that sometimes a return is in order. If you aren’t satisfied with your products we do allow for returns or exchanges on eligible merchandise within 30 (thirty) days from the date of delivery*. All orders purchased without 3Wishes Free Unlimited Returns are subject to a $2.00 restocking fee. 

The 3Wishes Free Unlimited Returns is only applicable for the order that it was placed on. Multiple orders will each require this purchase to qualify. 

*All items must be returned within 30 (thirty) days from the date of delivery. 

Please review the following information in regards to our return policy.

Orders Purchased with 3Wishes Free Unlimited Returns:

  • All items purchased are eligible for a return or exchange (this may be limited during Halloween season, please see below).
  • Items must be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the date of delivery. 
  • All items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached. All shoes must be unworn, show no signs of wear, and returned in their original packaging.
  • All items must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, or wear.
  • Any shipping charges you pay are not refundable upon receipt.
  • Return labels must not be affixed to the product packaging. If it is affixed to the product packaging, a repackaging fee of $4 will be deducted from your return.
  • Refunds or size exchanges will be given once the product is returned to 3Wishes. 

Orders Purchased without 3Wishes Free Unlimited Returns:

  • All returns and exchanges are subject to a $2.00 restocking fee.
  • All items must be sent back within 30 (thirty) days from the date your package was delivered.
  • Sale items, stockings, bodystockings, panties, beauty products, cosmetics, pasties, and wigs are non-returnable.
  • All items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached. All shoes must be unworn, show no signs of wear, and returned in their original packaging.
  • All items must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, or wear.
  • Any shipping charges you pay are not refundable upon receipt.
  • If your item is not accepted, it will be shipped back for $8.95 at cost to you.
  • We allow for one return per order. We do not accept multiple returns at different times for one order. 
  • Return labels must not be affixed to the product packaging. If it is affixed to the product packaging, a repackaging fee of $4 will be deducted from your return.
  • Refunds or size exchanges will be given once the product is returned to 3Wishes. 

Halloween Return Policy:

Any costume or costume accessory purchased between September 1 to November 1 may be returned for store credit or a direct size exchange for the same costume, only. There are absolutely no refunds on costumes or costume accessories between this timeframe. 

How to Return or Exchange a Product 

To return or exchange an item, first email us at support@3wishes.com to start the process. All orders that were purchased with 3Wishes Free Unlimited Returns are eligible for free returns. Orders purchased without 3Wishes Free Unlimited Returns are subject to a $2.00 restocking fee. 

If your return is approved, you will be provided a link to our returns platform. When returning your items, please repack your items securely in either the poly-mailer you received your order in or you may use an alternate box or bag.

Please print your pre-paid return label and affix it to your package. You must cover or remove any original shipping information or your package could be at risk of being lost or rejected.

From there, you can schedule a pickup, give the package to your mailman, drop it in your mailbox, or at your local post office.

As mentioned above, all costumes are only eligible for store credit or size exchange during the Halloween window of September 1 through November 1.
